Andreas Umland
Né en 1967, Andreas Umland est chercheur à l'Institut central d'études sur l'Europe centrale et orientale à l'université catholique d'Eichstätt, en Bavière. Il a créé la collection Soviet and Post-Soviet Politics and Society édité à ibidem-Verlag Stuttgart & Hannover et dirige la newsletter The Russian Nationalism Bulletin.
L'Union européenne refuse d'offrir à l'Ukraine la perspective d'une adhésion. Ainsi, elle laisse le pays sans perspective et freine sa stabilisation. Une faute historique, estime la Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.
