Timpul
Launched as a weekly in 2003, Timpul (Time) became a daily in March 2009. Edited by the famous Moldovan journalist Constantin Tanase, it targets a Romanian speaking readership in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, as well as the expatriates of the Moldovan diaspora. Timpul is a noted proponent of free-market liberal and anti-communist political views.
