José de Areilza Carvajal
José de Areilza Carvajal is dean and holder of Jean Monnet chair in IE Law School in Madrid. He has been advisory in European affairs for Spanish government from 1996 to 2000. He writes regularly for ABC, but also for other Spanish newspapers, as El País and El Correo. He is the editor of Blogeuropa.eu.
