Teodor Frolu
Teodor Frolu is a Romanian architect born in 1965. A founding member of the Urban Area Association Bucharest, where he works for the preservation of cultural memory, he also chairs the International Centre for Contemporary Art. Also a blogger, he regularly publishes articles on architecture and urbanism in the magazine Dilema Veche.

Nicknamed "Little Paris", the Romanian capital is getting a little uglier every day, carved up by building sites that are as mammoth as they are meaningless. But some parts of the town have retained their charm, and it wouldn’t take much to give the city a human face. The architect Teodor Frolu reports.
