Vasile Puşcaş
Historian and politician Vasile Puşcaş (b. 1952) was Romania’s chief negotiator with the EU in 2000-2004 and the country’s Minister for European Affairs in 2008-2009. He is also the author of several books on international relations, including Managing Global Interdepencies ( Eikon, 2010), and a laureate of the 2005 Media Gala Prize for his contribution to the integration of Romania in the EU.
