George Parker
British journalist George Parker joined the Financial Times as a political correspondent in 1995. He was the business daily’s UK news editor from 1999-2002, and bureau chief in Brussels from 2002-2007. He was appointed political editor for the Financial Times in September 2007 and covered the financial crisis in depth.
