Victoria Stoiciu
A native of Moldova, Victoria Stoiciu (b. 1979) studied political science at the National School of Administration and Political Science in Bucharest. She is currently a programme director for the Romanian branch of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. And she is also a regular contributor to Dilema Veche and Romania liberă.
