Henk van Houtum
Henk van Houtum (b. 1969) is a Dutch expert in politics and economics. He is associate professor of Geopolitics and Political Geography at Radboud University in Nijmegen, director of the Nijmegen Centre for Border Research and Research Professor Geopolitics at University of Bergamo.
