Joseph Stiglitz
One of the most frequently cited economists, Joseph E. Stiglitz is a professor at Columbia University, New York. (b. 1943). Winner of the 2001 Nobel prize in Economics, he was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank.
