Arthur Neslen est correspondant "environnement" au service de presse européen EurActiv. De 2004 à 2008, il a vécu à Tel Aviv et Ramallah, d’où il a écrit des articles sur le Moyen-Orient pour The Economist.com, Jane's information group, The Observer, The Guardian, Aljazeera.net, Ha'aretz. Il est l’auteur de Occupied Minds: A Journey Through the Israeli Psyche (Pluto Press, 2006).
