Dilem (b. 1967) is an Algerian cartoonist. He works for Algerian daily Liberté. Previously, he worked for the Alger Républicain and Le Matin. Highly critical of Islamic fundamentalists as well as of the military's control of the Algerian government, he has repeatedly received death threats from Islamic groups and has been prosecuted for libel several times. He has received many  international awards for his cartoons.
