Francesco Paolo Fulci
Francesco Paolo Fulci (1931) is a former Italian diplomat. Between 1993 and 1999, he was Italy's ambassador to the UN, where he played a leading role in the battle to prevent an increase in the number of permanent seats on the Security Council.
